Okay, so it’s been awhile since I’ve blogged, and I’ve missed it SO much! I’ve been “in and out” of the business circuit for about 3 years or so, give or take, and I’ve learned a lot. I’ve learned WHAT to do and, most importantly, what NOT to do. Wanna know the secret to getting your sales boosted, meeting quotas, and more?
The COTM (Consultant of the Month) group.
Don’t laugh. It’s going to change the way you think about direct sales. I’m in two companies, and I can promote them both, so now, I don’t have to choose. Here’s the lowdown:

The group works on a rotation, and you make a purchase a month, and we when it’s your month to host, you get 5 guaranteed sales from your buyers! It’s a good way to meet quotas and goals. The best thing is that anyone who joins the group makes an initial purchase to start, so if you know other reps who would benefit, you can really add to your sales FAST! I’m at the $20 per month level, which keeps things very manageable since I always could use something for a gift or for myself.

Essentially, you’re getting paid from others who join under you, you’re making 5 guaranteed sales, you’re promoting, AND you’re supporting other reps with one purchase a month. The change can be simple. You can buy your makeup from a fellow rep instead of going to a drugstore, you can buy a present for a teacher, friend, or family member, or just something you need for yourself! I started at $20 a month because I always spend this much per month on stuff I need, anyhow!
